Rebooking Tip

Rebooking current clients is a neccessity for any spa, salon, or massage practice. Holistic health businesses that are successful with rebooking realize that it takes an entire village to make rebooking become an everyday ritual. Everyone on the team is responsible for asking guests to rebook. Although we know that rebooking certainly doesn’t begin at the front desk…it does end there! Therefore, it’s important that your front desk team is trained on the importance of rebooking and what role they play in rebooking process. Here are some key tips:

  • Create a rebooking scrip for your front desk letting them know exactly how to close the sale. Consistence is key!
  • Create a sense of urgency. There is no urgency or incentive for guests to rebook if they know the salon/spas schedules is wide open so even if your schedules are wide open, make them believe they aren’t!;)
