Drop Shipping

Own a website? Would you like to make additional income from your existing traffic selling Scandle Body Massage Candles and our natural spa & beauty products without having to stock inventory, deal with shipping headaches, or make an initial investment? Then sign up for Scandle's NEW drop-ship program!

As a Scandle drop-shipper, you will be able to place your drop ship massage oil candle, lotion candle, soy candle, or spa orders online at our secured online order site.

How it works:

1. Simply place the desired Scandle Body Candle products on your website and charge your customers the desired RETAIL price for the product (The retail price is the suggested price that you set for your customers and should be more OR double the drop-ship price, which is the wholesale price for the product.  Scandle Drop shippers are not allowed to mark their retail prices below the ones you see on The Scandle website).   
2. Once you have your customer’s order information and have processed their payment, log into your wholesale/drop ship account on The Scandle Website and place your drop ship order using your address and credit card for Bill to Information (note that the bill to address must match exactly to the address where your credit card statement is sent to) and your customer’s information for the Ship to Information.  Your credit card will be charged the wholesale price (which is typically half of the retail price you see on our shop page, plus $3 drop ship fee, and whatever Fed Ex charges us for shipping.   There is NO minimum on drop-ship orders.       
3. Once we process your drop ship order products will ship directly to your customers with the information listed in the bill to section of your order.  Most orders will be processed within 3 business days if not sooner.  It takes additional 3 to 5 business day for Fed Ex to deliver the merchandise to your customers (please note we only use Fed Ex for all shipments as they have the lowest percentages for damages). 

 

What are the Requirements:

1. All drop shippers are required to have a current business license or a sales tax certificate and a company website.  
2. Drop shippers are required to collect the appropriate sales taxes for their area
3. Drop shippers are responsible for collecting the appropriate amount to cover shipping costs.  Scandle ships via Fed Ex only.
4. Drop shippers are responsible for handling their own returns/refunds or other customer service related issues.  We do not accept returns on products because a customer didn’t like the fragrance, etc. but will replace all damaged/defective products.  Please contact us within 48 hours in such incidences.
